Belize City Police report that 55-year-old Aubrey Brown Sr. of Johnson Street, Belize City is currently in the hospital under stable condition after receiving a chop wound.
According to the report, Brown Sr. was socializing with a friend at around 1:00 AM inside of his home when an argument started between them.
The so called friend then took out a machete and chopped Brown Sr. on the upper right side of his chest.
Police have detained the friend and are currently investigating into the matter.
