Corozal Police were called to a residence on Almond Drive in the South End area of Corozal Town on Wednesday afternoon where neighbors claimed a strong foul scent was seeping out of a two-story cement house.
Upon entering the premises, Corozal Police found the decomposed body of a white male sitting down on a bed in the bedroom.
He was later identified by his wife, Maria Estella Stockton, to be Kenneth Winfield Stockton, a 58-year-old American Retiree.
According to his wife, she last spoke with Kenneth on Saturday meanwhile his care taker reported to have last seen him alive on Monday.
Stockton was reportedly suffering from Chronic Liver complications and a severe case of Cirrhosis and was receiving blood transfusions at the Northern Medical Plaza in Orange Walk.
