On the night of Saturday, August 22nd a taxi driver, Gerson Ramirez reported to Cayo Police that him and his wife were robbed at gun point.
According to Ramirez, he was operating his taxi with his wife in the passenger seat when they stopped for a passenger on the Bullet Tree Road.
The passenger asked to be taken to Santa Elena and on the way, he pulled out a firearm and robbed the taxi driver.
Cayo Police investigated into the matter and have since arrested and charged 20-year-old, Bryan Navid Guzman with the crimes of Dangerous Harm, Two Counts of Aggravated Assault, Attempted Robbery and Possession of Firearm without a License.
