A shooting in Belize City on Saturday night has claimed the life of Mark Usher Jr., who was attacked in front of his home.
Mark Usher Jr Succumbs to Injuries at KHMH
By the time police arrived, Usher had already been rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH). He was listed in critical condition but later succumbed to his injuries late Saturday night while receiving treatment.
Shooter Escapes After Opening Fire
According to police reports, Usher had just arrived home when he was ambushed. An individual on a bicycle approached and opened fire multiple times before quickly escaping the scene.
Authorities are investigating the motive behind the attack and are working to identify and locate the suspect.
