Belize Government Lotteries Ltd. announces the relocation of Belize lottery drawings to Belmopan, starting Sunday, April 27, 2025. This move includes Boledo, Ordinary Lottery, and Jackpot Lottery.
Since the administrative office and staff are already in Belmopan, this change improves efficiency. Additionally, it reduces the risk of suspensions caused by hurricanes and flooding in Belize City.
All Lottery protocols will remain unchanged:
- Balls will be weighed before and after each drawing.
- An auditor from Coye & Associates and a Treasury Department officer will verify ball weights.
- Treasury Department supervisors or senior public officers will conduct the drawings.
- An auditor from Coye & Associates will witness each draw.
- Love FM will continue broadcasting the draws live.
The new Belize lottery drawings office is inside Emporium Plaza, at the corner of Rio Grande and Nim Li Punit Street, Belmopan. The public is welcome to attend and witness live drawings.
