The Government of Belize has officially announced that starting Sunday, August 16th, 2020 all Casinos will also be required to close down until further notice just as Bars and Nightclubs were required at the start of this new State of Emergency.
Recreational sports involving contact will also be banned until further notice.
The Attorney General has noted that in sports, an exception is being made for Volleyball and Tennis which will be allowed for practice only and only 3 people will be allowed per team.
Anyone cycling, walking, or running as a means of exercise will be required to wear a mask, and must be six feet apart from other joggers/cyclists.
Absolutely no riding, walking, or running in pairs.
