Reports are coming in that the Minister of State in Human Development, Social Transformation, and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Angel Campos, was involved in a traffic accident on Friday afternoon near the Belize Sugar Industry Bypass in Orange Walk District.
According to sources, the Corozal South West Candidate for the UDP was driving a white Toyota 4-Runner with Government License Plates when it collided with another vehicle.
As seen in the image, the front portion of the vehicle has been severely damaged.
We have been informed that Campos did not sustain any injuries but have not been told whether anyone in the other vehicle was injured.
