Corozal Police were called to the corner of Snapper Street in the Skeleton Town area of Corozal Town just shortly before midnight on Saturday, August 21st.
According to the report, 29-year-old, Ismael Matura was socializing around 11:15 PM with a group of men when an argument ensued over an incident that had happened back at the Belize Central Prison.
The altercation ended with Matura being stabbed several times.
Ismael Matura was reported to have died while receiving treatment.
Three persons are currently in custody.
