Pink Kee Restaurant Altercation Leaves Woman Injured

A late-night Pink Kee Restaurant altercation left a 27-year-old woman with facial injuries and led to the arrest of her common-law partner.

According to police reports, the woman was at Pink Kee Restaurant on Saturday, February 15, around 8:45 PM. She was enjoying drinks with a friend. She had met her companion while purchasing a drink and joined them at a table for conversation.

Around 11:30 PM, the Pink Kee Restaurant altercation turned violent. The woman heard a bottle break, followed by a painful blow to the left side of her face, leaving her bleeding. She identified the attacker as Frederick Barnardez, her common-law partner of over a year. He allegedly confronted her while wearing his black security uniform.

Witnesses at Pink Kee Restaurant reported that Barnardez acted aggressively toward the victim. A female bystander intervened, and the injured woman sought help at the police station. Officers issued a medico form and took her to the Placencia Polyclinic, where a doctor confirmed her injuries as wounding.

Authorities arrested Frederick Barnardez and charged him with wounding. The Pink Kee Restaurant altercation has raised concerns about security at the venue. Police are continuing their investigation.

Law enforcement urges anyone with information to come forward. Updates will follow as the case develops.
