After 14 years of ongoing shortages, the villages of Santa Rosa & San Ramon in Stann Creek now have a stable potable water supply.
The Ministry of Rural Transformation, Community Development, Labour, and Local Government partnered with UNICEF and Hon. Rodwell Ferguson, Area Representative for Stann Creek West, to construct a rudimentary water system.
This new system ensures residents finally have access to a consistent and reliable potable water supply that meets their daily needs.
