Cayo Police report that 54-year-old, Pedro Ku, a farmer of Succotz Village came in to report that on Sunday, August 30th he was walking towards his farm and while walking, at approximately 6:30 PM, he was approached by a man who pulled out a shiny object resembling a gun and demanded money.
In fear of his safety, Ku handed over $300.
After the robber left with the money, Pedro Ku immediately made his way to the local Police Station to report the crime.
Thanks to quick action by the Police Officers on duty, they were able to quickly detain a suspect to whom Ku was able to identify as the robber.
