A woman and her eleven-month-old child were robbed inside their home in the Cayo District around eight o’clock last night.
According to police twenty, one-year-old Erica Yanira Castellanos and her infant child were inside their home in the Lomas Del Rodeo area of Benque Viejo Town when two armed men dressed in dark clothing entered the house.
Castellanos told police that the bandits demanded money and her husband’s firearm.
The victim reportedly informed the men that neither her husband nor his firearm was in the building.
The men then robbed Castellanos of an undisclosed amount of cash before making good their escape
